The Confirmations Coordinator position works with the Regional Operations Manager to drive delivered business by placing outgoing calls to our customers to confirm pickups and deliveries. The position is responsible for scheduling and ensuring accuracy for delivery dates, address, products and customer expectations. Additionally, this role will be responsible for contacting customers to pick up their purchased product from the Distribution Center.
