The Confirmations Coordinator position works with the Regional Operations Manager to drive delivered business by placing outgoing calls to our customers to confirm pickups and deliveries. The position is responsible for scheduling and ensuring accuracy for delivery dates, address, products and customer expectations. Additionally, this role will be responsible for contacting customers to pick up their purchased product from the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

  • Work with their regions stores to handle the overflow of confirmations. Stores are still responsible for their own confirmations. The coordinator is there to assist
  • Assist in hitting delivered sales budgets. Working with Regional Management to set goals daily
  • Assist in reducing resets. Reconfirming invoices two days out
  • Assist in filling last minute delivery capacity
  • Work with the Regional Manager and communicate when locations are falling behind confirmations
  • Work with the Regional Manager and communicate when orders are moved with no contact
  • Trained and updated on all policies and procedures, specifically for delivery expectations
  • Communicate with the rest of the region when there are changes to policies regarding delivery and pickup
  • Trained on LiveChat to assist with operations questions during peak hours or whenever the need arises

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Passionnate about customer service
  • Team spirit
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills
  • At ease with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends if required
