Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Brand and Creative Direction, the Graphic Designer supports the production of weekly advertising materials, including flyers and promotional graphics, for multiple brands. This role is primarily focused on layout execution, typesetting, and preparing accurate, production-ready files based on established templates and brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working within structured workflows and tight deadlines. This position emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and efficiency over conceptual design, ensuring all materials are completed on schedule and meet production and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality print and digital assets including weekly flyers, promotional advertisements, in-store signage, and digital marketing materials for multiple brands. Ensure all deliverables align with established production schedules, campaign timelines, and marketing objectives while maintaining visual consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering completed materials on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Make revisions efficiently based on feedback from multiple parties. Prepare proofs for approval, review designs for accuracy in product details, pricing, and other critical information.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience designing and producing both print and digital marketing materials, preferably in a retail, agency, or high-volume production environment.
  • Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy, with demonstrated experience creating effective retail and promotional advertising, and multi-page publications optimized for both print and digital audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, including preparing press-ready files, and working with large volumes of content efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Mac-based systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focused attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage work responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent project changes.
  • This is an on-site position.
