The  Outside Sales Associate team member will play an active role in selling and developing accounts within the B2B Commercial sales team.  He / she will achieve their sales objectives through effective planning, goal setting, cold calling, prospecting, developing quotes, presenting,  closing builder / new home construction accounts.  Reporting to the Sales Director, this successful candidate will also help deliver sales through other developing trade channels for major appliances, commercial office furniture and home furnishing / electronics.


  • Drive B2B commercial market share growth with a focus on premium and luxury premium appliance brands as well as electronics, office and home furnishings through active solicitation, selling and closing in the high rise / low rise new home construction channel.
  • Set targets, performance objectives, in cooperation with the Director of Sales 
  • Meet with Director of Sales one-on-one, to review performance, progress, and targets. (Monthly)
  • Utilize Saleforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes
  • Provide expertise to commercial customers on high end appliances across varying brands depending on application
  • Analyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps.
  • Work with Director to create innovative programs for upselling and implement innovative go-to-market strategies in an effort to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder / developer and or related trade channels.

Daily Activities

  • Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads
  • Develop sales presentations for presentation to prospects
  • Ensure on-site presence for all site deliveries ensuring schedules are being met.
  • Resolve any customer issues and customer complaints developing solutions and making recommendations to management
  • Work in liason with commercial sales customer care team to deliver exceptional client experience to our customers both builder and individual.
  • New business development in harmony with divisional goals and KPI’s
