Role Summary

The Distribution Centre Coordinator supports logistics operations by analyzing performance data, maintaining reporting tools, and collaborating with distribution centres and internal teams. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, supporting financial analysis, and providing insights that help guide business decisions.

• Maintain and provide reporting to various business units on Distribution Centre performance.
• Gather and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the organization.
• Help to develop new reporting and update existing reporting as required.
• Work with and help to create new reporting tools to support the business, example labour management tool.
• Prepare P&L explanations and summary reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with distribution centre teams, finance, and accounting to investigate discrepancies and provide operational insights.
• Aid with financial investigations with the various distribution centres

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
• Experience with SQL or database querying
• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
