Reporting to the Director of Franchise the Regional Franchise Manager has overall responsibility for the leadership and direction of Sales, Operations and Merchandising activities for all assigned franchisees in the Central region. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between existing Franchisees and Corporate office operations and will also be responsible for recruiting new franchisees in the area.
