What is Commercial Division?
Commercial Division is The Brick’s B2B business unit that focuses on business-to-business contracts and partnerships across Canada. The division primarily works with builders, trade professionals, self-employed real estate professionals, corporations and local businesses.
The Role:
This is a B2B farmer and hunter role that is accountable to bringing in new business opportunities, as well as nurturing net new accounts to produce incremental revenue. You will spend up to 30% of your time on the road to meet with clients and the other 70% is spent researching, prospecting, quoting, planning or entertaining clients at our Commercial Showrooms. The focus market segment of this role will be the local businesses, home builders and trades vertical market.
Expectations:
You will be joining a proactive and high-caliber sales team that focuses on customer experience and providing solutions. You are expected to deliver against your KPI through sales consultancy to understand the business needs of your prospects / customers, including helping them identify their undiscovered needs from the present state to the future state, to ensure customer satisfaction before, throughout and after the sale.
