The Brick is actively seeking to expand our Fleet & Delivery support team. We need team-orientated players with a great customer focused attitude!

 

The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous Fleet & Delivery divisions!  We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Delivery Administration & Fleet Support Representative with a passion for customer service to join our team at The Brick's delivery department!

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient & courteous service over the phone and by email to assist Store locations, Delivery Teams and Customers resolve any challenges for delivery.
  • Manage Claims for Product or Property Damages to complete resolution.
  • Maintain trackers for measuring and improving performance, identifying consistent issues and assisting to provide permanent resolutions.
  • Assist with daily delivery team dispatch and processing returns in system as trained.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned and directed to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills required.
  • Must display a positive attitude, be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure, without sacrificing detail.
  • Self-starter and team player; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interpret, implement and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Knowledge of Retail Store Operations & Systems would be a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of ADP and Kronos would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word & Outlook would be an asset.
