The extended warranty department is actively seeking a team lead. The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent leadership skills and presents a positive, customer-focused attitude. The team lead position is considered a working position. As such, the team lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to:

• Process and qualify claims
• Understand policies and procedures
• Offer store support
• Process cheques
• Facilitate communications between stores, customers, and the providing warranty company.
• Customer escalation support
• Staff support and development
• Training
