• Tracks and traces shipments
• Responsible for analysis and monitoring of carrier performance
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Assist in maintaining and improving carrier relationships
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
• Willingness to expand knowledge base in department to provide various support to team

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft skills
• Excellent Time management 
• Team Player
• 1-3 years industry experience
• CCS designation (an asset)
• Attention to detail 
• Problem-solving skills 
• Direct experience with interacting with a variety of clients (internal & external)
