The GTA Sales Manager will play an active role in developing and mentoring the B2B Commercial sales team (consisting of 24 outside sales reps), in order to achieve their sales objectives through effective planning and goal setting. This individual will analyze data on performance, manage the GTA sales representatives, reinforce sales policies and procedures and make suggestions on sales initiatives moving forward to increase our share of the builder / developer space in high/low rise residential buildings, along with further penetration into the designer, contractor, renovator and other target B2B channels. Reporting to the GTA Director, the sales manager will report progress of the team, projections on future performance, assist in the managing of builder accounts, develop replacement business, secure new opportunities, , as well as work on specific sales initiatives such as trade shows, marketing events and growing specific areas of our business.
