    The Brick is actively seeking to expand our finance team. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude!   The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience at our corporate office! We are currently seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to join our team.  In this role, you will work with multiple internal customers and external suppliers in set up and maintenance of new and existing Corporate Master Cards for over 400 internal cardholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Auditing monthly statements and receipts
    • Cardholder support; such as, new card request; responding to questions; card replacement; closing accounts; etc
    • Vendor payment processing using BMO Ghost Card maintenance
    • Processing Expense Claims and Petty Cash
    • Updating weekly statistical reports
    • GL account reconciliation
    • Month end expense uploads to Oracle system and expense accrual

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Accounting required
    • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable environment is an asset
    • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment
